OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
TESTING OF SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEMS:
PARKING BRAKE SWITCH TEST: a] Place Parking Brake in OFF position
b] Turn ignition switch to START
Engine should not turn over or attempt to start.
BLADE DRIVE SWITCH TEST:
a] Place Parking Brake in ON position
b] Engage blade drive switch
c] Turn ignition switch to START
Engine should not turn over or attempt to start.
a] In a SAFE AREA away from bystanders,
start the
engine
b] Engage blade drive switch
c] Raise weight slightly off seat
ENGINE SHOULD STOP
If Any Safety Check FAILS: Do Not Operate The Mower until the
system has
been checked and repaired by an Authorized Dixon ZTR
