Theframeandfrontaxle willbe repairedfreeof chargefor fiveyearsfromthe dateof purchaseif defectivein materialor workmanship.
Allof the abovewarrantycoverageappliesfor onlyone yearfromthedateof purchaseifthis ridingequipmentis everusedfor commercialor
rentalpurposes.
in allcases,if repairprovesimpossible,theridingequipmentwill be replacedfree ofchargewiththe sameoran equivalentmodel.
The batterywillbe replacedfree of chargefor 90 daysfromthe dateof purchaseif defectivein materialorworkmanship(ourtestingprovesthat it

• Tireor wheelreplacementor repairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,orimproperoperationor maintenance.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnot limitedtodamagecausedby towingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityof the
ridingequipment,impactingobjectsthatbendtheframeor crankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbut notlimitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedby improper
storage,failureto usethepropergradeandamountof engineoil,failureto keepthe deckclearof flammabledebris,orfailureto maintainthe
ridingequipmentaccordingto theinstructionscontainedin theoperator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determinedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).In general,fuel shouldbeused
within30 daysof itspurchasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearof the exteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
Thiswarrantyappliesonly whilethisproductis withinthe UnitedStates.
