aretoowetortoodry.Todeterminecondition,digasmall
amountofyoursoil(aboutthreeinchesdeep):
Ifsoilappearspowderyandbrittle-itistoodry.Waituntila
laterdate,theTineswillnotpenetrateproperly.
Ifsoilappearsdamp,rollasmallamountintoaballinthe
palmofyourhand-ifitformsaball,thenitistoowet.Ideally,
thesoilshouldfallapartwhenrolledinthepalmofyour
hand.Waituntilalaterdateforsoiltodry.Ifsoilistoowet,
theTineswillnotoperateeffectivelyandyourtractorcould
loosetraction,causinglawndamage.
