During cleaning
and maintenance work,
make sura
the safety ¡nstruetions set out
on page 10 are eomplied wilh.
The metal fillers can be cleaned by soaking
them
in hat water with
neutral detergent until
the fat dissolves
and then
rinsing them under
the tap or using special
antj.grease products.
They can also be washed in a dishwasher. In
this
case, it is advisable to stack them
vertically lo avoid food residues lO slick to
Ihem.
Cleaning in a dishwasher may damage Ihe
metallic surtace (blackening il). allhough this
will not affeet
its fat retention capacity.
Once clean. leave them to dry off and then tit
Ihem onlo Ihe kilchen hood.

If your kitchen
hood
is mada from
stainJess
steel, use proprietary cleaners mentioned
in the product
instructions.
It your kilchen hood is painled, use
lukewarm
water
and a neutral soap.
Never use metallic scourers,
nor abrasive
or corrosiva
products.
Dry Ihe kilchen hood using a clolh that
does not produce
fibres.
The use of vapour
cleaners is not
recommended.

To remove the
filters from their fjttings, press
lightly on the locks and then pull them off.

Proceed as follows:
Remove the melal filters.
Change Ihe broken/burnl out lamp.
Maximum lamp power is 40W (E-14).
Fil the metal filters.
