•Holmesundertakeswithintheguaranteeperiodtorepairorreplacetheappliance,orany
partofappliancefoundtobenotworkingproperlyfreeofchargeprovidedthat:
•youpromptlynotifytheplaceofpurchaseorHolmesoftheproblem;.and
•theappliancehasnotbeenalteredinanywayorsubjectedtodamage,misuse,
 abuse,repairoralterationbyapersonotherthanapersonauthorisedbyHolmes.
•Faultsthatoccurthrough,improperuse,damage,abuse,usewithincorrectvoltage,
actsofnature,eventsbeyondthecontrolofHolmes,repairoralterationbyaperson
otherthanapersonauthorisedbyHolmesorfailuretofollowinstructionsforusearenot
coveredbythisguarantee.Additionally,normalwearandtear,including,butnotlimited
to,minordiscolorationandscratchesarenotcoveredbythisguarantee.
•Therightsunderthisguaranteeshallonlyapplytotheoriginalpurchaserandshallnot
extendtocommercialorcommunaluse.
•WasteelectricalproductsshouldnotbedisposedofwithHouseholdwaste.Please
