Changing the Hydraulic Fluid
Place a container underneath the 1.
hydraulic uid tank to catch the uid,
and unscrew the cap on the bottom of
the tank.
Unscrew the Hydraulic Oil Cap to 2.
speed up the draining process.
Dispose of used hydraulic uid in a 3.
manner consistent with State, local,
and Federal laws and regulations.
Rell with fresh Hydraulic uid. 4.
The system must be purged of air 5.
after lling the uid.
Engine Maintenance and Service
Follow the instructions found in the
included engine manual.
Equipment Lubrication
Gear Box is shipped properly lled 1.
with grease.
Yearly, open the Gear Box and check 2.
the grease level.
Add grease only up to top of gears. 3.
Do not overll grease; overlling
will damage the equipment.
Storage
Wait for engine to cool, then clean 1.
equipment with compressed air and/
or a clean cloth.
Clean the engine and/or prepare it for 2.
storage according to engine manual
instructions.
Apply a thin coat of rust preventive oil 3.
to all uncoated metal parts.
Cover and store in a dry, well-ventilat-4.
ed area out of reach of children.
For cold weather operation, store 5.

prevent condensation and premature
