0 Just purchased a new one of these this morning and it has the same problem. Spoke with Cust. Svc and there should be a spring between the orange cap and black spool. She said alot of these went out missing the spring. They dont list the spring as a replacement part, only the entire head assy.but they are on backorder-10/15 day wait for a new piece of equipment.Not a good way to keep customers coming back.
