The owner shall not be
charged for diagnostic labor which leads t o the
determination that a warr anted part is defective
if the d iagnostic w or k is perform ed at an ap-
provedPOU LAN/WEEDEATERservicingcen-
ter.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
POU-
LAN/WEED EATER may beliable for dam ages
to other engine components caused by the fail-
ure of a warranted part still under warranty.
WH AT IS NOT CO VERED:
All failurescaused
byabuse, neglect, orim propermaintenanceare
not covered.
ADD--ON OR M ODIFIED
P ARTS:
The use of add--on or modified parts
canbegroundsfor d isallowingawarrantyclaim.
