1.Onthelastrefuelingoftheyear,addfuelstabilizerto
thefuelasdirectedbytheenginemanufacturer.
2.Disposeofanyunusedfuelproperly.Recycleit
accordingtolocalcodes,oruseitinyourautomobile.
Note:Oldfuelinthefueltankistheleadingcauseof
hardstarting.Donotstorefuelwithoutstabilizermore
than30days,anddonotstorestabilizedfuelmorethan
90days.
3.Runthemoweruntiltheenginestopsfromrunning
outoffuel.
4.Primetheengineandstartitagain.
5.Allowtheenginetorununtilitstops.Whenyoucanno
longerstarttheengine,itissufficientlydry.
6.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplugandconnect
thewireontotheretainingpost.
7.Removethesparkplug,add1oz.(30ml)ofoilthrough
thesparkplughole,andpullthestarterropeslowly
severaltimestodistributeoilthroughoutthecylinderto
preventcylindercorrosionduringtheoff-season.
8.Looselyinstallthesparkplug.
9.Tightenallnuts,bolts,andscrews.
10.Chargethebatteryfor24hours,thenunplugthebattery
chargeranstorethemowerinanunheatedarea.Ifyou
muststorethemowerinaheatedarea,youmustcharge
thebatteryevery90days(model20067only).
