POSITIONINGTHECYLINDER
1. Removelockpinsfromthecylinderretentionclipsandrotateclipsdownexposingtheopenslotsonthe
cylinderretentionbracket(referenceFigure2).
2. SlidetheCylinderforwarduntilthereartrunnionscleartheslotsthenliftthebacksideofthecylinderuntil
thereartrunnionsclearthecylinderretentionbracketandslidecylinderbackuntilthefrontcylinder
trunnionsslideintotheopenslotsofthecylinderretentionbracket(referencearrowinFigure2).
3. Rotatethecylinderretentionclipsupwardaroundthecylindertrunnionsandlocktheminplaceusingthe
lockpins.
4. Nextyouneedtoremovethelockpinfromthebeampivotbracketandrotatethebeamcounterclockwise
90degreesuntilthepivotholesareinalignmentandreinstallballlockpin(referenceFigure4).Your
splitterisnowinthehorizontaloperatingposition.
5. Removethehitchpinfromthebeampivot(referenceFigure4).Pivotyourbeamintotheverticalposition
andreinstallthehitchpininthecenterhole(referenceFigure5).Yoursplitterisnowinthevertical
operatingposition.
