Many household accidents occur in the shower or tub.
t
o reduce the incidence, always follow these safety precautions:
1. Read these instructions completely before installing and using this showerhead. Use
only as directed and with attachments and accessories sold by Sunbeam Products, Inc.
2. Do not direct sprays on sensitive parts of the body such as eyes and ears. Consult
a physician before using on severely swollen or sensitive areas, or using to relieve
unexplained pain.
3. Always install non-skid strips or use non-slip bath mats on slippery surfaces in your
shower or tub to reduce the risk of falling.
4. Always check the water temperature before entering the shower to prevent the possibility
of being scalded.
5. Do not allow water to be directed toward or splash on any electric bulbs or heat lamps,
the glass may shatter
6. Periodically inspect all threaded connections to prevent leakage and the possibility of
damage or personal injury from loose, water-propelled parts.
7. Instruct and supervise children and physically challenged users in the proper use of this
product.
8. Do not use tub and tile or general purpose cleaners. They may cause damage to the
product which may result in personal injury or may damage the product’s finish.
InstallatIon InstructIons
Your Sunbeam showerhead attaches to any standard 1/2” threaded shower.
Tools: 1) Wrench or pliers,
2) Soft Cloth.
1. Remove your old showerhead from the shower arm with a wrench or pliers, turning
counterclockwise. Be careful not to loosen your shower arm.
note: if your existing shower arM has an integral ball joint, it Must
be replace with a standard 1/2shower arM. this standard
shower arM is available at Most hardware stores.
2. Remove any old sealing material and clean all debris from the threads.
3. Wrap Plumber’s tape evenly clockwise onto the threads. Do not use pipe compound.
