CAUSE
I Faultyoperator-safety presence controlsystem
1, Worn, bent or loose b_ade
2, Mower deck not level,
3o Bulldup of grass, leaves, and trash under mower.
4, Bent blade mandrel,
5. Clogged mower deck vent holes from buifdup of
grass, leaves, and trash around mandrels,
I, Obstruction In clutch mechanism.
2, Worn/damaged mower drive belt
3. Frozen idler pulley
4. Frozen blade mandrel.
t. Engine speed too slow.
2, Travel speed too fast
3 Wet grass_
4, Mower deck not level,
5. Low/uneven tire air pressure°

CORRECTION
1, Check wiring, switches and connections Ifnot
corrected, contact an authorized service canted
department
1 Replace blade. Tighten bfade bolt
2. Level mower deck,
3 Clean underside of mower housing,
4, Replace blade mandrel
5_ Clean around mandrels to open vent ho_es,
1 Remove obstnJction
2. Replace mower drive belt,
3 Replace idler pulley,
4 Replace blade mandrel
1, Ptace throttle control in "FAST" position,
2. Shift toslower speed.
3. Allow grass to dry before mowing
4. Level mower deck.
5, Check tires for proper air pressure,
6, Replacefsharpen blade Tighten blade bolt,
7_ Clean underside o! mower housing
8_ Replace mower drive belt,
9. Reinstall blades sharp edge down,
t0., Replace with blades listed In this manual,
1t. Clean around mandrels to open vent holes,
1. Switch Is"OFF",
2o BuIb(s) burned out.
3, Faulty Eightswitch.
4, Loose or damaged widng,
5. Blown fuse..
