ENGINE AIR CLEANER7.6
A. CLEANING AND/OR REPLACING AIR

For any air cleaner, the operating environment dictates
the air cleaner service periods. Inspect and clean the air
cleaner element after every 100 hours of operation or
bi-weekly, whichever occurs first and replace the element
if required. See Engine Owner's Manual for service
information.
- NOTE -
In extremely dusty conditions it may be necessary
to check the element once or twice daily to prevent
engine damage.
Unhook the clamps securing the air cleaner cover to
1.
the air filter canister. Remove the air cleaner cover
and set aside.
Remove the air cleaner and inspect.
2.
Clean or replace the air cleaner and foam 3.
pre-cleaner as recommended by the engine

Replace the air cleaner cover and be sure to snap 4.
the latches closed.
