SHOULDER STRAP ADJUSTMENT
1. Hold th e unit as sh own with the muf f ler side
facing away from your body and cloth es.
2. Pass the shoulder strap over your head
and onto your right shoulder.
3. Extend your left arm toward the rearof the
vacuum bag.
4. Adjust shoulder strap until the vacuum
bag/shoulder strap seam lies between
your thumb and index finger .
5. Make sure air flows freely from the elbow
tube into bag. If bag i s kinked, the unit will
not operate properly.

THROTTLE LEVER
The THROTTLELEVER is usedto select the
desired engine s peedand to stop the engine.
Movethethrottlelever tothe
positionfor
full speed operation. Move the throttle lever
tothe
position for idlespeed. Tostopthe
engine, move the throttle lever to the STOP
position.
PRIMER BUTTON
The PRIMER BUTTON removes air from the
car bu retor an d fue l lines a nd f ills t hem with fuel.
T his allows you to sta r t th e eng ine wit h fewer
pulls on the starter rope. Activate primer button
by pressing it and allowing it to return to its origi-
nal position.
CHOKE LEVER
The CHOKE helps to supply fuel to the engine
to aid in co ld starting. Activate the choke by
moving the choke lever to the FULL CHOKE
position . A fte r e ng ine a tte mpts tostart, move th e
choke lever to the HALF CHOKE po sition.
Once en gine starts, move choke lever to the
R U N posit ion.
