W ARRANTY PERIOD:
Any warr anted par t which is not scheduled for
replacement as required maintenance, or which
is scheduled only forregular inspection to the ef-
fect of “repair or replace as necessary” shall be
warr anted for 2years. Any war r anted part w hich
is scheduled for r eplacement as required m ain-
tenance shall be war r anted for the per iod of time
up to the first scheduled replacement point for
that part.
DIAGNOSIS:
The owner shall not be
charged for diagnostic labor which leads to the
determination that a w ar r anted part is defective
if the diagnostic wor k is per formed at an ap-
proved PO ULAN /WEED EATER servicing cen-
ter.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
POU-
LAN/WEED EATER may be liable for damages
to other engine components caused by the fail-
ure o f a warranted par t s till under warranty.
WH AT IS NOT COVER ED
: All failure s cause d
by abuse, neglect, or impr oper m aintenance are
not covered.
ADD--ON OR MODIFIED
P ARTS:
The use of add--on or modified parts
can be grounds for disallowing a w arr anty c laim.
POULAN /WEED EATER is not liable to cover
failures of warranted parts caused by the use of
add--on or modified parts.

ment par t used in the performance of any w ar-
ranty maintenance o r r epair on e mission related
parts will be provided w ithout charge to the ow n-
er if the part i s under warranty.

up to maintenance schedule), Ignition Module.
MAINTENANCE STATEMENT:
The owner is
responsible for the perform ance of all required
