fr om defects in materi al and wor kmanship
and agrees t o repair or replace under t his
warr anty any def ecti ve Poulan brand
electr i c pr oduct within one ( 1) year from
the ori gi nal date of purchase.
If your Poulan brand electri c or cordless
product should fail within the limited war-
ranty period, you may return it in complete
condition, prepaid, wi t h pr oof of purchase
to t he dealer fr om wh om it waspurchased
forrepairorreplacementattheoptionof
Poul an.
This warranty is not transferable and
does not cover damage or liability
caused by improper handling, improper
maintenance or alteration, or the use of
accessories and/or attachments not
specifically recommended by Poulan
for this product. This warranty does not
cover parts thatwill wearand requirere-
placement with reasonable use during
the warranty period. This warranty does
not cover pre--delivery setup or no rmal
adjustments explained in theinstruction
manual.
