for diagnostic labor which leads to the deter-
mination that awarr antedpart is defective ifthe
diagnostic w or k is performed at an approved
POULAN /W EED EATER serv ic in g center.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: POUL AN/
WEED EATER may be liable for damages to
otherenginecomponents causedby thefailure

repair on emission related parts will be pro-
vided without charge to the owner if the part is

W ARRANTY PARTS LIST: Carbur etor, Igni-
tion System: Spark Plug (cover ed up to main-
tenance schedule), Ignition Module. MAINTE-
NANCE STATEMENT: The owner is
responsible for the performance of all required
maintenance as defined in the instruction
manual.

Example: (Year) EPA Phase 1 or Phase 2 and/or CA LIFORNIA.
This engine is certified to be emissions compliant for the following use:
