solelyforthelackofreceiptsorforyourfailure

mentengineowner,youshouldbeawarethat
POULAN/WEEDEATERmaydenyyouwar-
rantycoverageifyourlawnandgardenequip-
ment engine or a part of it has failed dueto
abuse,neglect,improper maintenance,un-
approved modifications,or theuse ofparts
notmadeorapprovedbythe originalequip-
mentmanufacturer. Youareresponsiblefor
presentingyourlawnandgardenequipment
enginetoaPOULAN/WEED EATERautho-
rizedrepaircenterassoonasaproblemex-
ists.Warrantyrepairsshouldbecompletedin
areasonableamountof time,not toexceed
30days.Ifyouhaveanyquestionsregarding

Anywarrantedpartwhichisnotscheduledfor
replacement as required maintenance, or
whichisscheduledonlyforregularinspection
to theeffect of“repair orreplace asneces-
sary”shallbewarrantedfor2years.Anywar-
ranted partwhich isscheduled forreplace-
ment as required maintenance shall be
warrantedfortheperiodoftimeuptothefirst
scheduled replacement point for that part.
DIAGNOSIS: The owner shall not be
charged fordiagnostic laborwhich leadsto
