REMOVE SHIPPING PLUG

THE
PUMP IS
SHIPPED FROM THE FACTO-
RY WITH OIL IN IT AND A RED
SHIPPING PLUG TO PREVENT
ANY OIL FROM LEAKING OUT OF THE
PUMP DURING SHIPMENT. ATTACHED TO
THE SHIPPING PLUG IS A PLASTIC BAG
(SEE THE FOLLOWING PHOTO) WHICH
CONTAINS THE DIPSTICK/OIL PLUG THE
SHIPPING PLUG MUST BE REMOVED AND
THE DIPSTICK/OIL PLUG INSTALLED BE-
FORE THE PRESSURE WASHER IS OPER-
ATED.
1. Using a 17 mm wrench, remove shipping plug from
pump by turning it counterclockwise. Discard
plug.
2. Remove dipstick/oil plug from plastic bag. Before
installing dipstick/oil plug into pump, check the
pump oil level. See Pump paragraph in Mainte-
nance section of this manual.
TO ASSEMBLE ACCESSORIES PANEL
(PCV2021)
The handle MUST be
assembled to the frame
in order to safely assemble the acces-
sories panel.
1. Remove top screws on handle assembly.
2. Loosen bottom screws on handle assembly.
3. Place grooves in accessories panel assembly
onto screws and slide panel assembly into place.
4. Place screws (removed earlier) into the top holes
and secure accessories panel assembly to han-
dles. Do not overtighten.
