e. Make a loop in hose as
shown. Place hose into
hose clamp (3), squeeze
hose clamp together, slide
onto long screw post, and
secure with nut (4). Tighten
securely. NOTE: Do not
overbend or kink hose.
f. Turn handle and reel hose
onto reel.
g. Attach hose reel inlet to high
pressure pump.
3. Assembly hose reel.
a. Attach handle to flange
assembly.
NOTE: Screws
must be inserted from the
inside of hose reel and
secured with nuts on the
outside as shown. Tighten
securely.
b. Bolt hose reel to reel bracket
as shown. Tighten securely.
c. Apply sealant tape to swivel
end of high pressure hose.
d. Feed high pressure hose
through slot (1) in flange
assembly and connect to
swivel (2). Tighten securely.
