Fault Cause Analysis Corrective Action
When switch "I" the machine
will not start working
• Pressure washer not plugged in.
• Circuit breaker has tripped or
fuse is blown.
• "RESET" button on GFCI not
pushed.
• The pump is stuck.
• Plug in pressure washer.
• Reset breaker or replace fuse.
• Push "RESET" button.
• Turn the motor manually.
Low water pressure or no
water pressure
• Insufficient water supply.
• Adjusting valve seal is worn out.
• Water inlet is clogged.
• Pump sucking air from
Connections or hoses.
• Leakage on water outlet.
• High pressure hose too long.
• Valve o-ring worn out.
• The valves are dirty or blocked.
• Seal worn out.
• Turn the motor manually.
• Min inlet water pressure 20L/min.
• Check and /or replace new valve seal.
• Clean the water inlet filter.
• Check that connections and locking ring
are well tightened.
• Wrench the water connector again. If
necessary, change a new outlet hose.
• Use pressure hose less than 30 meters.
• Change new o-ring.
• Check, clean or replace new valve.
• Change water seal.
Detergent injection system
not working
• Detergent filter is clogged.
• Detergent too thick.
• Detergent stocked in nozzle head.
• Clean filter.
• Dilute Detergent with water.
• Clean the nozzle or replace new parts.
Water leakage in pressure
pump
• Connector not connected well.
• Water seal worn out.
• Pump housing and/or other parts
broken.
• Wrench the connector & make it connected
tightly.
• Change water seal.
• Change parts.
Unstable pressure
• Nozzle being clogged.
• Pump inhale air.
• Valves dirty, worn out or stuck.
• Sealing worn out.
• Check the nozzles.
• Check if all connections are airtight.
• Clean or replace.
• Check and replace.
When you turn the switch
ON, the engine buzzes, but
it does not start.
• Pump is stuck due to dirt, mineral
build up, or ice.
• Net voltage is lower than the
minimum suggested voltage.
• Unplug unit. If temperature is below
freezing do not use. Thaw in a warm area.
• Check the electric installation is suitable.
