AFFÛTAGE
Le Skeletool offre une lame de couteau droit et le Skeletool CX une
lame de couteau droit/dentelé. Le couteau droit doit être affûté à
l’aide des méthodes d’affûtage habituelles. Lors de l’affûtage de
la lame de couteau dentelé, assurez-vous d’utiliser un système
d’affûtage conçu pour ce type de couteau. Et ce pour s’assurer
que la courbe des dents et la capacité de coupe de la lame sont
conservées.
ENTRETIEN
Votre outil multiple Leatherman doit être nettoyé, séché et graissé à
nouveau régulièrement, particulièrement après une utilisation dans
un environnement particulièrement humide. Après le nettoyage,
graissez à nouveau les zones pivotantes avec une huile de machine
légère ou une huile pénétrante.

AFILADO DE HOJAS
Skeletool incluye una navaja de hoja lisa y Skeletool CX una navaja

PFLEGE
Leatherman-Multifunktionstools sollten regelmäßig gereinigt,
getrocknet und nachgeölt werden; ganz besonders dann, wenn
sie Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt waren. Nach der Reinigung auf die
Scharniere ein leichtes Maschinen- oder Kriechöl auftragen.

Herstellungsfehler feststellen, senden Sie es an die Leatherman

BLADE SHARPENING
The Skeletool features a straight knife blade and the Skeletool CX
features straight/serrated knife blade. The straight knife may be
sharpened using standard sharpening methods. When sharpening
the serrated knife blade, be sure to use a sharpening system
designed to accommodate serrations. This will ensure that proper
curvature of the serrations and the cutting effectiveness of the blade
are maintained.
MAINTENANCE
Your Leatherman multi-tools should be cleaned, dried and re-oiled
periodically, especially after use in a damp environment. After
cleaning, re-oil pivoting areas with a light machine or penetrating-
type oil.
WARRANTY
If within 25 years from the date of purchase you find any defect
in material or workmanship with your Leatherman Skeletool or
Skeletool CX, return it to Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. or a local
authorized repair center. For repair centers in your area contact the
address shown below or visit www.leatherman.com.
When returning your tool for repair, please send it by an insured
method. Leatherman cannot be responsible for items that do not
reach us. At our option, we may replace your multi-tool rather than
repair it; and if discontinued, replace it with a product of equal or
greater value.
