  thermoregulator failure in spa    Warms up to about 93, then thermometer registers 105o F incorrectly. Does not heat further.

  pumps run all the time    the pumps are supposed to shut off and run every 12 hours when the tub is not is use, they are running all the time. what can I do to fix the problem?
