position (toward the Battery
Cover) before adjusting tool
or installing accessories or
the battery.

This Trimmer uses one “AA” battery
(sold separately). To install the
battery:
Rotate the Battery Cover (23) counter 1.
clockwise, then pull it off the end of
the Trimmer Body.
Insert one “AA” battery (sold 2.
separately) into the battery
compartment with the polarity placed
as indicated.
Replace the Battery Cover. 3.
