If the Engine will be run in temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, use SAE
5W-30 weight oil. (See Figure D, prior page.)
To do so, 3. unscrew and remove the Oil Dipstick (65A). Pour engine oil into the oil
ll hole until the level of oil is even with the bottom edge of the oil ll hole (if you
cannot see the oil through the oil ll hole, then the oil is too low and more oil must
be added). (See Figure D.)
Make sure to screw the Oil Dipstick (65A) rmly back into its Dipstick Hole. 4.

To Fill The Fuel Tank:
Prior to rst using the Generator, the Fuel Tank (31) 1. must be lled with high octane
unleaded gasoline. (See Figure D.)
To do so, remove the Fuel Tank Cap (34) and ll the Fuel Tank (31) with unleaded 2.
gasoline. Then, replace the Fuel Tank Cap. Thereafter, check the Fuel Gauge (35)
for the amount of unleaded gasoline. When necessary, rell the Fuel Tank.

NOTE: Periodically, make sure to check the Fuel Filter (32) for excessive dirt and debris.
If necessary, remove the Fuel Filter and clean with compressed air.
