DECK REMOVAL:
1. Move deck lift lever to lowest cut position.
2. Rotate seat assembly forward.
3. Pull idler to relieve belt tension. Remove belt.
4. Remove cotter pin, washer and clevis pin from rear
deck brackets (2 places).
Note: Raising the front of the deck slightly to sit on
blocks will take the pressure off clevis pins.
5. Push deck forward to separate front deck brackets
from hanger rod. Deck will fall to the floor.
6. Slide deck from underneath chassis. (Reverse proce-
dure to reinstall deck assembly.
NOTE: When deck is reinstalled on frame, check that belt is
correctly routed in the grooves of all pulleys and that
belt idler is applying tension to the back side of the belt.
