1. Freewheel control in
"disengaged" position.
2. Motion drive belt worn,
damaged, or broken.
3. Air trapped in transmission
during shipment or servicing.
Replace battery.
Check/clean all connections.
Replace regulator.
Engine throttlecontrolnot set
between half and full speed
(fast) positionbefore stopping
engine.
