TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

Clutch/brake pedal not de-
pressed.
Attachment clutch is en-
gaged.

Blown fuse.
Corroded battery termi-
nals.
Loose or damaged wiring.
Faulty ignition switch.
Faulty solenoid or starter,
Faulty operator presence
switch(es).
Weak or dead battery.
Corroded battery termi-

CORRECTION
Fill fuel tank.

Operation section.
Wait several minutes before
attempting to start.
Replace spark plug.
Clean/replace air filter.
Replace fuel filter.
Drain fuel tank and carbure-
tor, refill tank with fresh
gasoline and replace fuel fil-
ter.

Recharge or replace battery.
