RELEASE BAR--Used to release the hopper when
raising or lowering,
CHOKE LEVER--Used to enrich the fuel mixture in
the carburetor when starting a cold engine._
STARTER HANDLE--Used to manually start the
engine,
THROTTLE CONTROLmControls engine speed and
stops the engine.
