INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING
CAUTION! Always make sure the Power Switch (10) of the Air Blower is in its “OFF”
position and the unit is unplugged from its electrical outlet prior to performing any
inspection, maintenance, or cleaning procedures. (See Figure C.)
Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Air Blower. Check for mis-
alignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, damaged electrical
wiring, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal noise
or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use. Do not use
damaged equipment.
To clean the exterior of the Air Blower, use only a clean cloth and mild detergent.
Do not immerse any part of the unit in liquid. To clean the Impeller (15) or inside
the Housing (7), remove the Side Guard (20) by removing the Screws (21). Wipe
with a damp cloth only. Then replace the Side Guard and re-install the Screws.
