Installation Considerations
This unit should be installed with ¾" Ecostat Themostatic
mixing valve rough 15374181 with EcoMax™ trim, ¾"
volume control rough 13975181 and Quattro diverter
rough 13932181. Trim kits are specified and sold sepa-
rately. Rough valves and trims are not included with the
Raindance Imperial.
Additional features, such as a handshower and/or
bodysprays, may be added, however, additional volume
controls are required.
The Raindance Imperial basic set must be installed in the
ceiling prior to the installation of the finishing material
(tile, marble, etc.).

Install the thermostatic mixer, volume control(s) and Quattro
diverter according to the installation instructions. Run three
½" lines from outlet ports on the Quattro diverter to supply
the Raindance Imperial. At the ends of the lines, attach ½"
straight connectors, which will connect to the supply lines on
the Raindance Imperial basic set.
Make sure that sufficient drain capacity is provided.
The screws and anchors provided are suitable for use in con-
crete. The installer must provide alternate fasteners for use in
other mounting surfaces.
The 28403001 showerhead weighs approximately 25 lbs.
Do not attempt to install it alone. A helper is necessary.
