Question About Yazoo/Kees Lawn Mower ZKW48170
deck speed reduced...

this unit runs fine but when I engage the deck it bogs down the engine and the blades are turning slower than they used to. I took off the deck belt and all the mandrels and pulleys turn freely. I was cutting grass when suddenly this condition started. I appreciate any feed back as to what might be causing this problem Thankyou
