0 Check spark. Remove pull cover, remove coil, clean contact on coil & magnet on flywheel with wire brush or sand paper. Wipe clean then re-assembly using a business card in-between coil & flywheel to set gap. insure small wire is re-attached to coil. Re-assembly everything in reverse order of disassembly
