when I lower my deck, it grinds with the transmission pulley. Can anyone help

0 The mower may be damaged due to impact, if not try this. Put mower on level hard surface. There is an adjustment connected to the mower height lever, move mower hight to a point where it no longer touches the transmission pully. After completing this task use a ruler , with mower dack at lowest setting measure the height from ground to bottom of mower frame and adjust to instructions in manual. left side to right side shoud match and back to front will be lower in front.
