I replaced the PTO belt, that's the belt right above the Deck belt . When I push the PTO lever up, the belt has a hard time engaging, like it is to big or loose. Sometimes it will run the belt, for a while, but if I lower the deck, and it feels resistance, the mower blades will slow way down or stop. Is there an adjustment I am missing to tighten the belt?
