model 604 20 hp B/S now blows 30 amp main fuse. Wh...

model 604 20 hp B/S now blows 30 amp main fuse. Why? Started right up from sitting all winter. Ran for 15 min and while hooking up the sprayer and engine idling, suddenly quit. Discovered fuse blown replaced fuse and blow that immediately. Engine never turned over. Any ideas as to where to begin looking with the electrical ?
