I just had the Yardman, self propelled mower serviced,,when I was cutting the grass, I had occasion to shut it down for a few minutes,when I tried to restart,,The CORD, would NOT pull-out, ,it seems to be stuck at about TWO-Inches,, What am I to do,, Thank's, Seamus Fogarty,in ,Denton, 21629.. ???
