how do you get the oil cap off to fill it with oil? It turns but will not come off!! 21" Rotary Mower Model 589

0 Thank you for finding the manual for my 21" Rotary Yard-Man Mower 589 BUT, it keeps referring to the "Engine Manual" to see how to add the oil and get the oil cap off, I do NOT have the Engine Manual!!!! Please can someone help me with this??!!
