I bought this unit used and really don't understand how the leaf mulcher works. There is a round plat in side at the bottom of the hopper. This plate is solid at the bottom and open at the top. I asume it creats a vaccum that draws the leaves to the blade, But it doesn't.Leaves just set in the hopper When I bought it, it was all jamed up and you couldn't even pull the rope starter. I took it apart and it had a rock jamed it it. Runs great,But no manual Sure could use some help/information Thanks Don
