riding mower 13aq675g088 will not roll in neutral when the back wheels are off the ground will one wheel roll fwd. and the other wheel roll backwards

0 IT SHOULD DO THIS THE TRASMISSION IS STUCK IN FORWARD OR REV WHEN ONE WHEEL ROLLS FORAWARD AND THE OTHER ROLLS REV IT IN LIMITED SLIP[ DIFERIENAL IF ONE WHEEL SLIPS ON THE GROUND THE OTHER ONE WILL START TO PULL ON SOME OF THE OLDER ONES IE 1999 THE TRANSMISSION IS GETTING OLD STILL GOOD JUST STICKS IN GEAR WD40 AT THE LIKAGE GOING IN THE TRANAXEL WILL HELP TUG AND PULL GETS IT OUT THIS HAPPENS WHEN IT SITS FOR A WILE
