I bought a yard machine from Meijer the beginning ...

I bought a yard machine from Meijer the beginning of May The first few times it mowed great then the last two times it would bog down and not run I took back to Meijer to exchange they refused I am so upset I am out money and still have no mower please help cant some one stand behind their products.
