WHILE MAKEING A RIGHT TURN BLADES WILL STOP I KNOW THAT IT IS A SAFETY ITEM BUT THEY WILL NOT TURN BACK ON. I HAVE TO MOVE THE HANDLE BACK AND FORTH BEFORE THEY WILL COME BACK ON. WHAT CAN I DO THIS IS ON A ZT54 WHITE ZERO TURN SR# 17AK2ACK0904452649 THANK YOU PLEASE HELP.
