Question About White Outdoor Lawn Mower 142-996-190
I have a White LT542H and have had an intermittant...

I have a White LT542H and have had an intermittant problem in that it does not move forward or backward even though the brake is off and it is in gear. I took it to the local dealership. The mechanic sanded and cleaned the brake "points" and replaced them. It worked fine for 80% of my mowing. It is now locked up again. Please advise.
