Please help find the manual for this Westinghouse Outdoor Mechanical Photocell Timer...

Need instruction manual for outdoor timer : Westinghouse item #00451. It is manufactured by National Christmas Company (ncc) for Westinghouse. Have tried www.thencc.com. Timer pictured but no link to obtain manual. Thank you for your help.
