Question About Westinghouse Outdoor Timer 28070T
model 28070T try to use manual. Works for a while ...

model 28070T try to use manual. Works for a while then lights come on and stay on. remote does nothing. On Off on the unit works until it automatically comes on then you have to unplug everything to get it to work again.
