My temperature switch seems to be jammed/broken. ...

My temperature switch seems to be jammed/broken. The picture shows it's also pretty dirty. I tried to clean it, even using baking soda to kill corrosion. But it's also jammed -- it won't turn much. And when I do turn it, the numbers on the temperature display jump all over the place. Where do I find a replacement?
