Question About Weed Eater Trimmer XT250
XT250 not trimming...

Help, my XT250 trimmer head stops trimming once it starts trimming any thick grass. The trimmer head will rotate under no load but stops once I start the trimming job. Can I fix this myself. I just had this serviced for the same problem and it happened again.
