Question About Weed Eater Trimmer LE
restring/ cannot open...

I cannot get cap off to put string in. Cheap weed eater. Name.. The original weed eater. I have tried every thing. There are two arrows and I put them together and tried to screw both right and left but nothing. I pushed down. I would love for some one to help, please. Cannot find instructions. Thanks.
