Removal of Head for changng...

The head of the RT115C can be very difficult to remove. Mine required a large flathead screwdriver and plumber's pipe pliers to loosen it, as it had locked in place. Once removed, I filled it with string per the manual (p7, available when you log in to the site) and was able to reassemble. Not sure if this invalidated my warranty or not.
