Please,I was weed eating with the featherlite weed...

Please,I was weed eating with the featherlite weedeater and accidently let some heavy string that was laying in the tall grass got wrapped around inside and it qiut cant get all the string out and the starter rope is hard to pull..Can u tell me how to get this out??
